Absolute Endurance Training and Therapy FIRST ANNUAL SUMMER TRAINING CAMP!
August 14 - August 17th, 2008
Join Absolute Endurance Training and Therapy for an incredible 4-day training camp that will help you improve cycling, swimming, running and multisport skills. This long weekend will enable you to increase your fitness level, prepare you for an upcoming race and to just have fun!
We welcome athletes of all abilites!

- Workouts lead by Tara Norton, Murray Drudge, Katrina Cripps, Alan Chud and Cindy Lewis (profiles to follow)
- Nutrition seminars provided by Registered Holistic Nutritionist Tara Postnikoff
- Bike Maintenance and skills clinics
- 4 days and 3 nights accommodation at Forest Rock Resort with access to all available amenities (www.forestrockresort.com) *note: athletes must provide their own linens
- Meals and snacks throughout the training camp (Those with special dietary needs should provide their own nutrition throughout the training camp)
- Support vehicle during workouts

AETT's Inaugural INDOOR DUATHLON a success!
AETT's inaugural Indoor Duathlon took place Sunday February 17, 2008 and was a huge success! The race involved a 15 minute treadmill run, 60 minute computrainer ride, 30 minute treadmill run. Participants raced in heats of 5, starting in groups between 8:45am and 2pm.
In the men's field, Peter Donato quickly took the lead with a great first run, with Alan Chud close behind him. Alan took the lead on the bike and carried it through the second run to take first place overall. Darko Ficko had the strongest bike overall to take third place in the men's field.
Tara Postnikoff was in the lead after the first run in the women's field. Cindy Lewis caught her during the bike and was in the lead going into the second run. Merril Collins had the strongest bike in the women's field and finished the second run as the overall female winner.

BIKE STORAGE
AETT has quickly become the home of many bikes this winter season and now has an organized bike storage program! Bike's may be stored at AETT for a fee of $10/month or $75 until December 31, 2008. AETT is a secure facility with a full alarm system, however bikes and equipment left on the premises remain the sole responsibility of the owner.
DARKO FICKO, one of Canada's top cyclists, is now available for cycling consultations. Call 416-483-AETT(2388) for more information.
COMPUTRAINER CLASSES are up and running and are now being run by a NATIONAL TEAM CYCLIST. Classes will include specific cyling strength, speed and power coached workouts mixed with real race courses on the multi-rider screen.
